Fish :part 1

Dinner 4 hari lalu: dori fish, brokoli dan mushroom.

Nampak macam hangus /terbakar kan ikan tuh, tapi crispy! marinate dgn lemon, buh butter sket atas grill pan, dan bubuh ikan..grill around 5 minit. terbalikkan, then masuk dlm dalam oven around 8 minit.

brokoli tuh celur kejap. then amik sos cili +perahan lemon dan gaulkan dgn brokoli.
Mushroom? grill je dgn ikan tadi. complete dinner (simple + yummy).

pasta sauce..

Hantu masak lately dah masuk ke dalam badan semula. Maka, amatlah rajin ke dapur and buat cekodok for tea time kononnya.

spaghetti for dinner and lunch yesterday . :) Release tension dapat masak.

And my favorite+ senang masak+ sedap = spaghetti bolognese. ok..i can have this for breakfast, lunch, dinner or kalau buruk lantak lagi before sleep oso akan ke dapur dan makan.
kadang bukan lapar sgt tapi nafsu adalah meluap-luap hendak makan ini.
ok..bercakap mengenai makanan ini, ok during my stay at hotel XXXXX, they serve pasta for breakfast. yahoo! so if people berebut ke buffet counter for omelete, sosej, salads, pancake etc, aku cepat-cepat bubuh pasta dalam pinggan. pelbagai pasta + pasta sauce (tomato + herbs only ). yummy!

tengah putar-putar pasta kat garfu, Baru nak suap ke mulut..nak Nga-ppp-p--p--p---pppp,
suddenly my friend came and said loudly " eiiiiiii...aiii sejak kes preg0, i tak makannnn lah benda mcm ni kat luar..i rela masak sendiri kat rumah. geli ai nak makan "
my reaction?
nothing.
bukak mulut lebar-lebar ---> ngapppp!
and i didn't make any comment.

ok..few days later, she forward to me an e-mail on preg0 kes. sesambil tuh adalah komen-komen dia dgn perkataan yuck..eii..geli etc.
maybe saja nak tgk reaksi aku lagi. ye lah..cik kiah selamba makan je kan.
i read the e-mail, and delete it.
aku rasa ni kes dah lama kot. pernah kecoh dulu.
aku takde rasa pun nak forward e-mail atau membalasnya coz i think dia nak provok aku je.

ok..sebagai seorang yang berkesedaran dan boleh berfikir, kita sebenarnya banyak pilihan.
Nak beli something baca label tambahan pula benda yang kita jarang beli/ jarang guna/ biasanya diimport etc. dalam e-mail tersebut , dlm gambar, terang-terangan ada tertulis ada daging XXX.
BACA LABEL. tgk ada tanda halal ke tak, dan banyakkan membaca. Tak mustahil tersesat rak ke hapa kan. so kena hati-hati.
dan jangan lah terlalu sempitkan fikiran dengan mengatakan itu dan ini haram.
if rasa was-was jangan beli.
dan pasta yang aku makan tu, sosnya bukan dari botol. fresh tomato + herbs je.
saya rasa tidak polite berkata begitu depan org yang tengah makan. dan restoran itu ada halal certificate. saya rasa komennya adalah sempit dan saja mahu menyakitkan hati.
but well, aku oke je.

jom makan!

Life is not perfect

Finally,

i spent my weekend at home. yey! This is because few weeks before i have to work and travel on sunday. Same goes to the next weekend actually , cakap je kerja ahad but on saturday still to do some work for preparation.



i prepared simple breakfast on saturday but mmmm...yummy. sausage in pasta sauce, egg and mushroom. and on sunday, we had nasik goreng kampung.

then i cooked for lunch. Ikan masak kicap, sayur sawi, sambal lada hijau dan ikan masin.
After that i had 3 hours spa session. i met new friends,sweet indian lady who joint her husband for superbike activities. wahhh...kagum mak. She asked me to join her, but oh ampun ya..i just cant. First, kaki aku pendek kan. of course lah tak sampai aku nak bertenggek atas superbike iteww. secondly, i do have mix feeling. Boleh ke aku duduk atas motorbike yang dipandu 160km/jam. sure aku fikir aku akan terjerit-jerit and finally terpelanting kot. Or org yg bawak aku akan tinggal aku tepi jalan sebab gedik buat bising. dah le kan. tak yah berangan nak join superbike activity kan kiah. Err..tapi best lorrr. They ride to Thailand, vietnam segala oke.

oh the best part was, kitarang gossiped on banting case. hahaha. tau lah kan. coz she is one of family friend yang involve tu and she previously worked in that law firm.dang! so banyak information lah that we discussed further. eh macam lah perlu kan. kihkihkikh. Macam nak jadik wartawan tak bergaji pun ye jugak. Ala-ala kak senah berselendang.




Then sunday, went out for movie, the social network. it was awesome! Malas nak buat review.

and we had ice cream for dessert. yummy. bateri kamera dah kong.
eh SLR kamera aku mmg dah merajuk kot. the battery is fully charged but kenot ON. so gamaknya nak kena hantar ke museum ke apa eh.

but i'm so happy coz finally i can have normal weekend.

Life is not perfect, but i'm sure there is a perfect moment at least once in our life.

i'm back..

hi! i'm back.

lama dah tak menulis..one week perhaps.
was running here and there, meet lots of people, new friends.
So many things stucked in my head.
i was attended 2 conferences in KL, Hotel Legend KL and DoubleTree by Hilton.

As the secretariat, we had pahit-manis experience..ha-ha. u know who u are eh. cemas? hik.

International conference that gather more than 200 participants from 25 country i think, officiated by the minister of m0sti.

We had dinner as welcoming ceremony for the participants and distinguish guests.

ah..culture show which represented 1M@laysia. entah. segala tarian. interesting. Akhir tarian, mat-mat saleh and other participants from other country telah berebut-rebut bergambar with the dancers. we all tengok aja lah. Kasiklah can kan. agak malas nak ambil gambar. Adalah actually ambil gambar , tapi muka kepenatan coz we worked since sunday subuh till nite sampai lunch tak sempat, monday morning 7.15pg dah terpacak at sec room etc, so muka was like tak tidur 2 minggu and melayan segala karenah manusia. and sometimes macam nak cekik manusia pun ada jugak kot. tapi..sabarrrrrrr.

Dessert ! nice. cheese cake.yummy.

4 days here, was a wonderful experience. new friends, nice food and we certainly enjoyed our stay. oh actually the best part is kebolehan untuk berjimba-jimba sekitar KL. hehhee...lepaking at pelita nasi kandar near KLCC, lepak at kg Baru, etc. ngehhh. merayap nok malam-malam. malam ke hapa kan? pukul 1-2 pagi baru balik bilik. ngehhheeeeeeeeeee. Anak sapa lah tu kan pukul 2 pagi makan mee goreng mamak kat Pelita. hik. Memang sampai tahun 2016 tak kurus la.

Then rushed to DoubleTree by Hilton, KL for another conference.
One of my reader asked me to blog on DoubleTree Hilton. Ok, i will. but takde foto sgt coz i was not in the mood of taking pictures like before, plus kamera aku kenapa tah, takmo ON. mogok ke atau nak kena masuk muzium ke apa tah. nanti kau.

wow..sanggup tak redah jam mcm ni hari-hari? gambar diambil dari atas jejantas ke Ampang Park Shopping Mall. Gigih tak aku.
Disebabkan ini, i stay overnite at doubleTree. Tak kuasa pagi-pagi redah jam. Plus this is the 1st Double Tree in asia pacific region , so why not try? and it is worth.Really enjoy my stay! awesome! plus the food here is really nice!! i definitely would come again in future.

tah i dont see the motif to have that (otak waras aku yg ckp mcm tu)..


penuh satu badan, tangan, kaki...
tuh boleh padam balik ke benda-benda mcm tu?? boleh reverse ke?

kalau makan banyak macam aku, lepastu jadik gemok then diet boleh jadi kurus semula (ehhhh..kurus semula? bukan kau mmg gemok ke Kiah?)
tapi kalau benda tuh..dah lukis+toreh-toreh tuh..dah jadik hodoh..boleh repair tak??
