Carbo Vs Cardio

Tajuk sebenar adalah :

memasukkan carbohidrat ke dalam badan dan melakukan cardio aktiviti untuk membakar lemak di dalam badan.

someone says that if u take less carbo, it would effect our blogging mood.
hehmm..yeah,.
kind of agree coz lately i really no mood to update my blog frequently or every day like before.
yes..i take less carbo nowadays.

mana boleh Jonah je yg nak kuruskan? kan Jonah???!
so i joint jonah.take less carbo, omit sugar and oil in daily food intake. wah. Bunyinyaaaaaa. kan? macam poyo gila.


Tapi mentekedarah gila di Surabaya.

Before step into the airport, i have a long list of food that i should enjoy during the trip:

Brucshetta piza hut Indonesia- yes. (Malaysia takdo)
Segala mak nenek gurame - yessss!
Nasi ayam penyet- Yes! yes! -----> 2 kali yes means 2 kali makan.
bakso Malang - Yesssssssssssss. Plus Bakso apa benda tah lagi.
sup buntut- yes!
Indonesian food (nasi, sayur, lauk etc) -----------> gila sedap.
JUS ALPOKAT ----> yes!yes!yes!
ES TELLER ----> YES!YES!YES!
Buah-buahan ---------> petik terus dari kebun , from the trees into the mouth giteww.
Apple, jambu batu, markisa, limau, etc. Makan dalam ladang. Ehh. Ehhh..Abang ladang baik hati, siap tapaukan buah-buahan (wah..matiklah kalau boss dia nampak). Disebabkan itu, kami dengan baik hati tulus murni bagi dia tips 50 ribu (rupiahhhh).

And now...
my list goes on and on. ehhhhh.
so this is why rajin. when u put extra carbo into your body, plus teh o ais kedai mamak, makanya jadi extra rajin update.
So maybe my neighbour's theory is right.


Oh..
i want to write about something funny.
we have 2 hours session of squash yesterday.
And out of no where, there were few people sitting outside the court, watching us.
Macam di jemput pulak?
Maybe they were waiting their turn to play ping pong at the court next door.
From their looks, i was thinking , ala..adik-adik je u ols. So tak payah le segan ko nak run for the ball, hit the wall, lompat segala (sila bayangkan nicole DAvid main oke).
SO buat derk je.
But, it really affect us. Bila ada org tengok, kau tak pasal-pasal gabra. uneasy feeling. Bola senang pun terlepas pukul angin. cih-cih-cih.
20 minutes later, they off to their court. Baru rasa best nak main.
(selalu main takde sapa tgk pun, tapi lately ramai je org menebeng tgk). haisshhh.

so..almost 7.30pm. so we should end our session. We booked for 2 hours only. Then, 2 guys came, bawak raket squash. And one of them was watching us.
SO malu ok.
kau main taraf-taraf lenggang mak limah je kan.
at one time, my partner and i giggled coz gabra main tah apa-apa. we still have 5 minutes.
the tall guy said :" eh..main..main.." and he smiled.
so main je lah.
Then , we packed our things, so i said.. " eh jom tgk derang main..."

wuhoo..

they were practised hit the ball. beng! beng! beng! deng! deng!

the way they hit the ball..erkkk...sure kalau aku nak amik bola harus terpelanting.Dang! Dang! laju gila.

Then they start play. Hem...mula-mula,

aku: " eh...dia main taraf-taraf kita je"
kawan aku: kepala hotak kau. tuh derang main-main je la. Belum mula betul-betul.

after 5 minutes, it became serious. wowwwwwww.
ni memang real squash player.
aiyo..
tapi we could sense actually they also feel uneasy when we stay and watch them.
Lagi time pukul bola tak kena.
so..apa lagi. Balik le..
so...gamaknya, aku kena prektis pukul bola dgn bantuan dragon ball ke apa eh kalau nak main macam tuh.
hik.
Tah-tah tadi derang gelihati tgk kitarang main.kekekeke.
Tapi dari gaya, derang takdelah mcm pandang rendah kat kami pun.
Perasaan je.
VrooooooommmmmMMMMM. Balik.
Detour ke kedai mamak pula. Teh o aisssssssss!
hehheheheheeeeeeeeeee.

aku: ko agak-agak roti nan dgn ayam tandoori ni sampai ke 200-300 kalori?
kawan aku: (jegil mata) - (malas nak layan le tuwww.)
so makan.

tak funny pun kan.

akhir kata,

selamat berlimau-limau. Aku dah makan 3 kotak dah. Anda?

teringat dulu mase mula2 main futsal.. lg beberape minit nak abes tepi2 padang *ehh padang ke??* mesti dah penuh dengan abg2 yg get ready nak masuk lps sesi kiteorg ..huhuuu malu gak mak, tendang ala2 kiah pekasam gitew hahahhaaa..
